Return Policy

We want you to love your Alworn gear. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn and unwashed
• Original tags must be attached
• Items must be in original packaging

How to Return

1. Email us at returns@alvornwear.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
3. Pack your items and drop them off at any courier location
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? We offer free exchanges. Follow the same process and note your preferred replacement in the email.
